Riley County Historical Museum Open

The Riley County Historical Museum is now open..

The Museum is available to visit Tuesday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Archive/Library is open by appointment.

We request that visitors wear a mask, stay 6 feet away from others, and not touch anything in the Museum.

Visitors will be limited to parties of up to four people, with no more than 12 visitors in the Museum at once.

Goodnow House State Historic Site is also open to visitors, with a limit of two visitors at a time.  Please call the Riley County Historical Museum at 785-565-6490 or contact us at  to arrange a visit to Goodnow House.

The Wolf House Museum is open by appointment Saturday and Sunday 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. starting May 30. 

Visitors are limited to two persons at a time.

The Pioneer Log Cabin is closed for renovation.
