History of Women’s Suffrage in Riley County, KS

Wednesday, March 4, the Riley County Historical Society will hold its quarterly dinner/program at Meadowlark Hills Community Room, 2121 Meadowlark Road. 

Dinner will be at 6:30 p.m. and costs $13.00.  Reservations must be made by February 28 at 785-565-6490. 

Allana Parker, Riley County Historical Museum Curator of Design, will talk about “The Woman’s Reason: A History of Women’s Suffrage in Riley County, Kansas.” 

The free program will start around 7:15 pm and no reservations are necessary.
